Information we collect

When you register, the website collects your name, account email and password (which WordPress stores as a password hash). When you submit a biodata, we collect the information you provide including full name, year of birth, district, education, profession, family background, personal values, preferences and guardian telephone number.

Who can see it?

Members who sign in can view only administrator-approved biodatas. Biodata ID, age, marital status, location, education, occupation and optional personal descriptions (including values, family and partner preferences) may be shown to signed-in members. Your full name and guardian telephone number are stored for administrator review and are not displayed in public/member directory pages in this release.

Purpose and review

We use submitted data for member accounts, biodata review and the members-only matching directory. Information should be submitted with the permission of relevant individuals, including the guardian. We may use basic abuse-prevention measures to protect registration.

Retention and deletion

You can hide your biodata or permanently delete it from your account profile page. Deleting a biodata removes the active WordPress biodata entry and its associated fields; records might still remain temporarily in server backups outside this plugin’s control. Deleting a biodata does not remove the WordPress user account. Please contact the site operator about account erasure or data export.
